Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose a phone case? Check the exact model in your device settings and match it to the listing's variant. A Pro, Plus or Pro Max model may need a different case. If uncertain, email service@luvvlo.com before ordering.

Does a case include the strap or charm in the photograph? Only if the selected option expressly includes it. Styling photos may show separate accessories. The product description and your selected variant define the contents of your purchase.

Will every strap fit every case? No. Compare the attachment type and any required adapter. A decorative charm should not be used to carry a phone unless the listing specifically identifies it as a suitable load-bearing attachment.

Are all cases compatible with MagSafe or wireless charging? Do not assume that they are. Read the individual product specification for the exact case and phone model. A magnetic ring, decorative insert or other accessory may affect compatibility.

Can I change a model or cancel an order? Email service@luvvlo.com as soon as possible. We will check whether fulfilment can still be changed. Once dispatched, the applicable returns process may be needed; your statutory cancellation rights remain available.

When will my order arrive? See Shipping & Delivery for the current preparation and transit estimates for your destination. The checkout shows available delivery services and charges.

Can I return an item or report a fault? Our voluntary return notification period is 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the Returns & Refunds policy. This period does not limit statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Contact service@luvvlo.com for help.

How should I care for accessories? Follow the product-specific instructions. Keep attachments in good condition, avoid excessive tension and stop using worn or damaged load-bearing parts. Do not assume a fashion accessory is waterproof or suitable for every activity.
