1. Who you are buying from Luvvlo is the trading name of [LEGAL_ENTITY], located at [BUSINESS_ADDRESS]. Business registration details: [REGISTRATION_DETAILS]. These terms apply to purchases on https://luvvlo.com and use of our store. Questions can be sent to service@luvvlo.com.
2. Placing an order Please review your contact details, delivery address, phone model, colour, quantities and included accessories before paying. You must be legally able to make the purchase. The payment methods and transaction currency available for your order are shown at checkout.
Your initial order email acknowledges receipt of the order. We accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless applicable law requires an earlier point of acceptance. If a payment fails, stock is unavailable, delivery cannot be arranged or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you. We will not substitute another item or charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will refund the affected payment.
3. Product descriptions and compatibility The selected variant and its description identify what you are purchasing. A phone case, wristlet, strap, adapter and charm are separate items unless the selected listing expressly describes a bundle. Styling photographs may show items not included in that selection.
Cases fit only the models listed for that variant. Similar model names do not guarantee the same dimensions or camera layout. MagSafe, wireless charging, magnetic attachment, materials and protective performance apply only where expressly stated for the particular product. Screen settings can affect colour appearance; this does not excuse goods that are materially different from their description.
4. Prices and promotions The checkout total identifies the item price and charges collected by us. Any import charges payable separately are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Offers apply only on their stated conditions; discounts are allocated to the items in the order and refunds reflect the amount actually paid. Future price changes do not change an accepted order.
5. Changes, delivery and returns Email service@luvvlo.com promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will explain what is still possible at that stage. Once a parcel has left fulfilment, a recall may not be possible; the applicable return or cancellation rights still apply. 6. Using your accessories Follow the instructions for the item and its attachments. Check that clasps, loops and adapters are secure before carrying a phone. Stop using a damaged attachment. A decorative charm is not a load-bearing strap unless expressly specified. Accessories are not a guarantee against every impact, loss or water exposure. These care instructions do not remove our responsibility for faulty goods, unsafe products or inaccurate descriptions.
7. Website and customer content Do not misuse accounts, payment systems or the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders or post unlawful material. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the store and its customers, without removing rights under existing purchases.
You retain rights in the reviews and photos you submit. You permit us to display a review submitted for publication with its chosen display name and to make necessary formatting changes without changing its meaning. We will seek separate permission before reusing your photos in advertising. Genuine negative feedback is not removed merely because it is negative.
8. Responsibility and disputes We remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, applicable product liability or injury caused by negligence where protected by law. Statutory remedies are not limited to the purchase price merely because these terms exist.
Contact service@luvvlo.com so we can review a complaint. Applicable law determines the courts or dispute-resolution bodies available to you. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory protections in your place of residence or agree to a foreign exclusive court.
